In this 12-week course designed for all skill levels, students will learn the stunning art of landscape painting. From summer scenes of beautiful red rock, to autumnal scenes of thick forest, to snow capped mountains, your child will learn to paint all kinds of landscapes, while learning brush control, color mixing, and paint application techniques. Watercolor and acrylic paint will be most commonly used for these landscapes, but other materials will be added periodically to enhance student’s learning. By the end of this class, students will feel confident in being able to paint gorgeous landscapes with a variety of mediums and techniques, in many different styles.
