FALL PAINTING CLASSES
September 8 - December 7
PAINTING: EN PLEIN AIR (BEGINNING TO ADVANCED)
Use any medium!
8 Weeks
Mondays 11:00am-1:00pm
You will learn how to choose what is most essential to your painting, as well as how to work with changing light and weather.
PAINTING: NARRATIVE AND METAPHOR
Use any medium!
Wednesdays 5:00-7:00pm
This class will explore personal narrative and using metaphors. What is the meaning of our paintings?
ACRYLIC PAINTING: BEGINNING COLOR SCHEMES USING HISTORICAL PHOTOGRAPHY
Ages 50+
Thursdays 12:30-2:30pm
By learning how to paint with acrylic and getting an introduction to the history of photography, it's like getting 2 classes in one!
CHINESE CALLIGRAPHY & PAINTING
Saturdays 4:00-5:00pm
Learn the basics of brush and ink while creating Chinese characters and simple ink paintings in a beginner-friendly class.
