Big Changes Are Coming for This Summer 2026 Camp

This summer, Visual Art Institute is transforming more than just canvases; we are transforming our building!

Our once-abandoned back patio is being completely renovated into a vibrant outdoor hangout space designed specifically for kids and teens attending our summer camps. Instead of spending the entire day cooped up indoors, students will now have a welcoming, creative outdoor environment where students can recharge, encourage imagination and fresh ideas, and connect with friends.

Another exciting part is that we are designing the patio with the Great Salt Lake in mind. The new patio will feature desert-friendly plants that require minimal water. By choosing drought-tolerant landscaping, we’re doing our small part in our community to conserve water and protect the future of not only the Great Salt Lake but also future generations.

We can’t wait to see sketchbooks open on patio tables, folks feeling inspired by native plants, and a group of friends bonding in a new space.

Spots for our summer camps fill quickly, so see what we have to offer by clicking here.
